1. Platform Role

amigo.gg, operated by Amigo Softcom LLP (registered office: C-1202, Bestech Park View Spa, Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana — 122018), operates as a B2B marketplace connecting restaurant supply buyers with brands and their authorized dealers. We facilitate lead generation and inquiry management. We do not process payments, handle shipments, or hold inventory. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and brands/dealers.

2. Transactions Between Buyers and Brands/Dealers

Since all purchases, payments, and deliveries are handled directly between buyers and brands/dealers outside of the amigo.gg platform:

  • Refund and return policies are determined by individual brands and their dealers
  • Buyers should confirm the brand/dealer's refund and return policy before making a purchase
  • amigo.gg is not responsible for refunds, returns, or cancellations of orders placed with brands/dealers
  • Any disputes regarding refunds should be resolved directly with the brand or dealer

3. Inquiry Cancellation

Buyers may close or cancel their inquiries at any time through the Platform. Closing an inquiry simply marks it as resolved and does not create any financial obligation.

4. Brand & Dealer Recommendations

We encourage all brands and dealers on the Platform to:

  • Clearly communicate their refund and return policies to buyers
  • Honor any commitments made during buyer-brand communication
  • Comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws
  • Provide reasonable return and refund terms for defective or misrepresented products

5. Platform Services

amigo.gg currently offers its marketplace services free of charge. In the event that paid subscription plans or premium features are introduced in the future:

  • A separate refund policy for platform service fees will be published
  • Users will be notified in advance of any charges
  • Refund terms for platform services will comply with applicable laws
