• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Refund Policy:
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion.
• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by our management team.
• If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Partial refunds may be offered for services that have been partially delivered or in cases where the client is not fully satisfied with the outcome.
